📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end corporate development execution across M&A, investments, divestitures, and
• Partner with operators to define integration plans, synergy/value-capture targets, post-close KPIs
• Develop and manage a thesis-driven sourcing strategy that translates enterprise priorities into
• Lead sophisticated, long-term, enterprise-wide financial and capital modeling efforts to inform and
• Provide comprehensive quantitative and qualitative evaluations of strategic growth initiatives
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 12+ years of progressive experience in analytical financial roles, with significant leadership
• 10+ years of demonstrated ability using expert financial modeling skills to effectively translate
• 8+ years of significant corporate development experience, including direct involvement in M&A
• 7+ years of experience collaborating, influencing, and presenting at the executive level, including
