🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or
• 12+ years of progressive experience in distribution, fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain
• Demonstrated accountability for regional or comparable large-scale operating performance, budgets
• Experience establishing distribution standards and influencing adoption across countries, regions
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory controls, manufacturing replenishment
• Demonstrated ability to use operational and financial data to drive decisions, build business
