📋 Description

• Lead Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and Experience Cloud.
• Set multi-year platform strategy; lead architects, developers, admins.
• Drive end-to-end Quote-to-Cash transformation from opportunity to revenue.
• Define AI strategy on Salesforce with Agentforce, Einstein, and LLM workflows.
• Establish standards, governance, security, and DevOps across Salesforce footprint.
• Partner with executives to translate priorities into a roadmap and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in enterprise tech; 5+ years leading Salesforce teams (Director+).
• Scale Salesforce orgs in high-growth B2B with CPQ and Billing.
• End-to-end Quote-to-Cash transformation experience.
• AI on Salesforce: Agentforce, Einstein, or LLM-powered workflows.
• Build and manage teams of architects, developers, admins, analysts.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
