Senior Director, IT

📋 Description

• Define and drive a multi-year IT strategy and roadmap aligned with Moloco's growth, security
• Partner with the CISO and cross-functional leaders to ensure IT capabilities support business
• Translate business goals into clear IT objectives, success metrics, and investment plans.
• Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor to the executive team on technology strategy and
• Develop and champion an IT-led AI adoption roadmap including tooling strategy, pilot programs, and
• Build and mentor IT team capabilities in AI operations, model management, prompt engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years leading global IT teams in a
• Demonstrated success leading end-user computing, collaboration platforms, and office IT/AV at scale
• Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS ecosystems, identity and access management, device management
• Experience operating in a security-first environment, partnering with CISO/GRC teams and supporting
• Proven ability to build and lead distributed teams, including managers and individual contributors
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable engaging with executives and
