📋 Description

• Own the BSA, PMO, and QA organizations and the portfolio governance that connects them.
• Run portfolio prioritization, project sequencing, and capacity planning across business functions.
• Give executive leadership real-time visibility into portfolio health, risk, and tradeoffs.
• Serve as trusted advisor to business leaders, translating strategy into executable technology
• Build the operating model and delivery standards that let a fast-growing company move fast without
• Oversee end-to-end delivery across requirements, execution, testing strategy, release readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading enterprise delivery, PMO, business systems, or technology organizations
• Track record of running a portfolio (not just projects) in a complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise
• Business partner to Sales, Finance, and Operations leaders to drive alignment
• Hands-on operational instinct: can't delegate your way out of ambiguity
• Technical fluency that earns credibility with Engineering, Data, and IT teams
• Experience applying product-management disciplines to IT delivery
