• System design and coding in Python or similar for web-scale AI.
• Deep understanding of distributed processing with strong SQL capabilities.

• Coaching mindset to establish engineering standards and mentor ML colleagues.
• Eagerness to learn and apply Large Language Model tech to product features.
• Experience with MLFlow, TensorFlow, or PyTorch and data orchestration tools.
