🎯 Requirements

Hands-on Salesforce development depth at enterprise scale
Experience owning CI/CD pipelines and release engineering with GitHub, SFDX and test automation
Experience securing platforms that other teams depend on
Ability to make code and design decisions across multiple teams
Ability to write RFCs and design docs that build alignment
Ability to help senior engineers grow through code review standards
