📋 Description

• Own the delivery roadmap for the Communication Identity Domain, including customer-facing services
• Drive the adoption of AI coding assistants within your team and measure impact on velocity.
• Take full accountability for operational excellence, incident response, and security posture.
• Serve external and internal customers with equal rigor, ensuring developer-friendly workflows and
• Recruit, develop, and retain a world-class engineering team, fostering psychological safety and
• Navigate competing priorities across product features, internal platform needs, and Ops Tooling

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5+ years in engineering management
• Strong hands-on background in designing and operating highly available, cloud-native distributed
• Deep familiarity with AWS ecosystems (Lambda, DynamoDB, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker) and
• Experience in AI-driven development practices
• Proven track record of shipping complex software products on time and at high quality
• Track record of building diverse, high-performing engineering teams
