  • Real AI/automation transformation experience β€” led or been central to projects that replaced manual
  • Process & controls excellence β€” you understand SOX-adjacent, intercompany, close management and
  • Bridging skills β€” comfortable working with engineers and data teams; you can speak "finance" and
  • Strong communication β€” able to influence C-suite and drive adoption of change across the team.
