• Own core central financial processes with accuracy and speed.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in finance, including senior/manager level — with a strong track record running core
• Deep hands-on experience with finance systems — you've implemented or run ERPs, planning/reporting
• Real AI/automation transformation experience — led or been central to projects that replaced manual
• Process & controls excellence — you understand SOX-adjacent, intercompany, close management and
• Bridging skills — comfortable working with engineers and data teams; you can speak "finance" and
• Strong communication — able to influence C-suite and drive adoption of change across the team.
