📋 Description

• Lead and grow the Experience Design group, managing two designers today and helping shape the team
• Hire, coach, develop, and set clear expectations for designers while maintaining a high bar for
• Design priority web experiences from journey mapping and research through interaction design
• Prototype with AI and working code, use Figma MCP and Code Connect to keep design and
• Own and evolve the team's design process across discovery, critique, specification, handoff, and
• Partner with Product Marketing, Growth, Web Engineering, and Web Content Engineering to shape

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced across UX/UI, journey mapping, and web design, with a portfolio of shipped
• A people leader who remains actively involved in design work and is comfortable moving between team
• Comfortable using code as part of the design process, including prototyping, reading implementation
• Experienced using AI to prototype, explore design directions, and reduce repetitive work, with a
• Experienced hiring, coaching, and developing designers, including giving actionable feedback and
