📋 Description

• Own broker & CaaS enquiries end-to-end — be the first expert contact for inbound and outbound
• Lead commercial conversations — explain the offering credibly to CEOs, heads of trading, and
• Drive the CaaS pipeline — progress named institutional targets through the funnel; unblock deals
• Handle technical broker questions — speak fluently to sub-accounts, rebate engines, API/FAST
• Grow existing accounts — arrest churn and reactivate declining brokers; build upgrade paths and
• Be the voice of the market internally — feed structured client and competitive intelligence back to

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in institutional crypto/fintech growth, BD, or partnerships — with direct broker / CaaS /
• Deep, demonstrable understanding of Crypto-as-a-Service / white-label exchange offering and its
• Fluency handling broker technical enquiries — APIs, sub-accounts, rebates, KYC/compliance
• Proven track record closing and scaling institutional / B2B deals (brokers, banks, fintechs
• Strong commercial instinct — able to structure markup/rebate/fee-share models and negotiate with
• Excellent written & spoken communication; comfortable with both C-suite and technical
