🎯 Requirements

5+ years of product management experience, or equivalent technical role experience owning product
Comfort with data and evaluation; ability to measure and build systems at scale.
Experience working directly with customers or end users on technical products.
Strong technical foundation: can read code, understand API contracts, and hold own in system design
Instinct for repeatable process and productizing solutions.
Even Better: Experience with conversational AI, voice technology, or contact center operations.
