📋 Description

• Execute complex vehicle integration and pre-launch operations on flight hardware
• Support system-level assembly, checkout, rework, and troubleshooting across structures, fluids, and
• Resolve off-nominal conditions and verify hardware configuration
• Execute procedures with precision while protecting flight hardware and maintaining configuration
• Provide floor leadership and mentor junior technicians
• Partner closely with Engineering, Launch Operations, and Quality to ensure vehicle readiness and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of aerospace mechanical experience or related technical field
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment handling flight hardware and performing
• Fastener installation and torque applications
• Secondary retention methods
• Mechanical and systems testing
• Avionics familiarity
