📋 Description

• Serve as the primary legal point of contact for commercial matters across the organization
• Provide legal guidance on SaaS deployments, service-level agreements, and associated contractual
• Draft, review, advise on, and negotiate enterprise SaaS agreements using internal templates and
• Manage a range of commercial agreements, including reseller, referral, distributor, and platform
• Advise on public-sector procurement processes and government tenders involving SaaS and Software as

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Relevant experience at an international top-tier law firm, preferably within corporate M&A
• Experience supporting global startups or scale-ups, ideally in technology or AI-driven industries.
• Strong subject matter expertise in SaaS agreements and related commercial contracting, particularly
• Experience advising on international commercial agreements and working with stakeholders across
• Familiarity with public-sector procurement and government tender processes across global markets.
