📋 Description

• Translating senior strategy into clear goals and operating rhythms, leading high-impact People
• Designing and leading end-to-end workflow transformations that challenge existing processes and
• Translating complex business challenges into clear future-state workflows, technical requirements
• Rapidly prototyping and testing solutions using AI and low/no-code platforms to establish best
• Partnering with senior People Team leaders and functional experts to align resources, set
• Partnering closely with IT leadership to translate business needs into technical requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience, with 8+ years of progressive leadership specifically across
• Experience in consulting, program management, product management, or a similar cross-functional
• Strong understanding of AI and automation and the ability to translate emerging capabilities into
• A builder mindset, with experience prototyping, experimenting, and rapidly testing new approaches
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex, ambiguous
• Proven ability to influence senior executives, align cross-functional teams around a shared vision
