Senior Manager, Capital Markets

📋 Description

• Execute capital markets transactions including warehouse facility closings, amendments, upsizes
• Own day-to-day lender relationships for assigned facilities: reporting packages, borrowing base
• Support preparation of the securitization program, including working with rating agencies
• Build and maintain transaction models, term sheet analyses, and lender comparison frameworks
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, FinOps, Treasury, Product, and Risk to support deal
• Monitor facility covenants and flag compliance issues proactively

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in capital markets, structured finance, or debt funding at an investment
• Hands-on experience with warehouse facilities, ABS, or other structured credit products
• Experience with structured finance transactions, including technical cash flow modeling for
• Strong legal and financial document fluency - comfortable with credit agreements, term sheets, and
• Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally
• Highly organized and self-directed; able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously without
