Senior Manager, GTM Systems

📋 Description

• Own architecture, roadmap, and day-to-day administration of core GTM systems (Salesforce, Gong
• Build and maintain integrations and automations across GTM stack using APIs and iPaaS platforms
• Design data model and integration architecture connecting GTM systems to downstream tooling
• Own system reliability and data integrity; troubleshoot issues directly
• Independently drive automation for GTM team productivity and data hygiene
• Partner with Sales Ops and Deal Desk on quote-to-cash, approvals, territory and quota automation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in systems administration, GTM engineering, revenue operations, or similar technical role
• Deep hands-on Salesforce architecture and administration experience
• Admin or Architect certification (strong plus)
• Track record of personally designing and building integrations and automations
• Proficiency with iPaaS platforms (n8n, Tray.io, Workato, or Zapier)
• Working knowledge of SQL
