Senior Manager of Growth, International (UK & Canada)

📋 Description

• Own D2C growth for UK & Canada; shape regional strategy.
• Lead paid media, affiliate programs, and on-site merchandising for UK & Canada.
• Collaborate with the VP of Growth; adapt US playbook for these regions.
• Identify growth opportunities and channel tests with regional nuance.
• Own weekly KPI tracking and reporting across all paid channels.
• Oversee localization and UK MHRA compliance with partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years in performance marketing and/or D2C with intl exposure.
• Proven track record shaping strategy; owned budgets and channel bets.
• Experience managing Meta, Google, and TikTok campaigns; brief agencies and ensure accountability.
• Shopify knowledge including site merchandising and basic content mgmt.
• Experience managing affiliate marketing programs.
• Strong organizational skills; proactive; comfortable across time zones with US team.
