📋 Description

• Own the strategy, budget, and results for B2B paid marketing across all business segments and
• Build segments, keyword and bidding logic, and targeting to identify and win high-value accounts
• Work agentically by default, building and running AI workflows for bid management, audience
• Analyze CRM, lead enrichment, campaign, and revenue data to inform budget, bidding, and targeting
• Allocate and forecast spend across channels and markets against ROI, profitability, and customer
• Develop reporting and alerting systems with AI-generated recommendations and automated workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Background: Experience running performance marketing at scale and managing budgets with measurable
• Search expertise: Deep hands-on expertise in SEA and Google Ads, including console, dashboards
• AI fluency: Agentic work style, able to design and build AI workflows, comfortable using tools like
• Analytical depth: Comfortable with attribution, incrementality/lift measurement, and turning sales
• Speed: Ability to move from idea to live test quickly, evaluate results honestly, and iterate
• Ownership and independence: Ability to run your area autonomously, make decisions, and escalate
