Senior Manager, Product Design - Security

📋 Description

• Lead design direction across your team's products, and hold the bar for design excellence end to
• You're in the work. Run critiques, give direct and useful feedback, and push the team toward
• Coach and grow designers across our Paris, Madrid and New York offices, helping each of them do the
• Help define a security design system built on top of Datadog's existing components, with the
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to evolve cross-platform thinking, shape roadmaps, and
• Take accountability for the product and business outcomes your team's design work influences.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in design, including experience leading and growing high-performing teams.
• A design leader first: a user advocate with a sharp eye for detail, strong taste and the
• A track record of leveling up a team's output, with before-and-after examples of how your
• You've led complex products or features: a zero-to-one launch, a reimagining of something
• A strong communicator who collaborates effectively with executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Able to demonstrate AI fluency, either in your own work or in how you've led teams through it.
