Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships - Drones and Counter-Drone

📋 Description

• Lead strategy and execution of drone and counter-drone partnerships.
• Drive interoperability between Axon products and UAS/detection providers.
• Own partner lifecycle from sourcing to value realization.
• Negotiate terms for interoperability and data sharing.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Privacy for integrations.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across product, sales, and execs.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years in strategic partnerships or enterprise tech.
• Proven experience structuring and negotiating complex partnerships (data, platforms, hardware).
• Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Demonstrated success managing complex partner relationships, pilots, and escalations.
• Excellent strategic judgment, communication, and executive presence.
• Familiarity with public safety, mobility, video, AI, cloud platforms, or regulated data.
