🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in transactional or corporate practice group, or in-house commercial legal
• Hands-on exposure to commercial contracts and investment-related NDA drafting
• Fast and precise under pressure in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
• Commercially and legally grounded with strong grasp of relevant legal concepts
• Clear communicator with crisp and concise written and verbal communication
• Self-starter with a builder's mindset, taking ownership and spotting inefficiencies
