Senior Payroll Analyst

📋 Description

• Process semi-monthly and biweekly payroll across multiple states and entities.
• Support and execute payroll changes, including complex pay calculations, adjustments, deductions
• Execute time and attendance processing, ensuring seamless integration with payroll systems.
• Review payroll outputs for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to employee inquiries and collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Support payroll tax compliance, including responding to tax notices, maintaining unemployment tax

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience, ideally in a high-growth or complex environment.
• Prior experience processing payroll across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Experience with end-to-end payroll and timekeeping processes, resolving related issues, and
• Strong organizational, problem solving skills, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to cultivate effective working relationships (both remotely and in-person) and communicate
