🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner directly supporting a
• Experience with a global organization, specifically the United States and EMEA
• Familiarity with how AI is changing workforce design, skills requirements, and manager-employee
• Experience using data to identify insights that drive action, including demonstrated ability to go
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices including risk
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve
