📋 Description

Lead design for features spanning client experiences and staff workflows.
Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
Conduct user interviews, map workflows, and define IA for complex systems.
Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.
Support design QA and ensure high-quality execution.
Use and contribute to the design system.

🎯 Requirements

7–10+ years of product/UX/UI design experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing both consumer-facing and operational/enterprise experiences.
Proficiency in Figma or similar modern design tools.
Systems thinking and the ability to simplify complex workflows.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience with responsive design; mobile experience a plus.
