📋 Description

• Own design end to end: Lead high-impact initiatives from discovery and concept development through
• Shape product direction: Work with Product and Engineering to define problems, frame opportunities
• Advocate for users: Use research insights, analytics, and experimentation to find friction and keep
• Design for trust: Balance usability with privacy, security, and accessibility in experiences people
• Contribute to the design system: Help evolve shared components, patterns, and standards so
• Raise the bar for the team: Give thoughtful feedback in critiques, share your approach, and mentor

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in product design, ideally including complex, multi-step flows or regulated
• Hands-on craft: A portfolio that shows high-quality digital experiences you designed yourself, with
• Problem solving: Experience using customer insight to solve complex product problems and turning
• Cross-functional partnership: Skill in working with Product and Engineering to prioritize
• Clear communication: The ability to present your work, explain your design decisions, and bring
• Sound judgment: The ability to balance customer needs, business outcomes, technical constraints
