📋 Description

• Frame ambiguous workflow and language problems into clear problem statements, hypotheses, decision
• Lead discovery and define outcomes by selecting appropriate research and validation methods and
• Design complete product workflows including interaction, information-architecture, and content
• Build Docebo's product language system by establishing terminology, product voice and tone
• Design trustworthy AI moments that help people understand what AI did, what informed it, what needs
• Embed guidance into product systems by partnering with the Elemental / Design System team to create

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio showing ownership of complex, ambiguous workflows or significant product-area work with
• Ability to explain triangulation of qualitative research, quantitative evidence, business risk
• Strong interaction, visual, information-architecture, content-design, accessibility, and
• Experience creating or contributing to product-language systems, terminology frameworks, component
• Demonstrated ability to show how prototypes, experiments, audits, or validation changed product
• Ability to define meaningful outcomes, distinguish signal from activity, and explain what the team
