🎯 Requirements

• 4-8 years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in Go and performance-driven batch
• Proven track record of designing, building, and operating scalable microservices, distributed
• Advanced, hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and data stores like
• Deep understanding of testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E) and modern observability
• Strong mentoring skills, ability to communicate complex technical trade-offs to non-technical
• Based in Canada to deliver seamless timezone coverage for North American enterprise customers
