📋 Description

• Design product capabilities for Identity platform on Twilio—building new products that help our
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to set direction, translate customer needs into
• Collaborate across Twilio teams to align on product direction and unblock cross-team initiatives.
• Operate with deep product ownership: author PRFAQs, product requirement docs, collaborate closely
• Build in ambiguity—break down complex problems, make pragmatic tradeoffs, and design developer
• Be the voice of the customer in every conversation and decision, and ensure we build world class

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in product management or 2+ years in product management and 3+ years in an
• Experience in building deeply technical products and/or products for developers.
• Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience required.
• Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
