📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of workflows end to end, from discovery and prioritization through launch and the
• Conduct customer discovery, workflow observation, and shadowing sessions to understand operational
• Translate customer insights and operational challenges into clear product opportunities and make
• Determine which capabilities should become scalable product features and which should remain
• Establish product priorities and roadmaps based on customer feedback, data, business impact, and
• Design solutions that deliver value today while accounting for the evolving role of humans and AI

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience with ownership of product roadmaps and priorities.
• At least 2 years of experience building software for a specific industry, such as healthcare
• Demonstrated experience replacing a manual process with software by deeply understanding how people
• Experience using data, customer feedback, and qualitative insights to guide product improvements
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to push back on customer requests
• Ability to recognize when a technical approach may not adequately address customer needs and
