Senior Product Manager, Chat, Video, and Collaboration Integrations

📋 Description

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Datadog's chat (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat), video (Zoom
• Build integrations as a platform: frameworks, APIs and guidelines that let product teams across
• Standardize how Datadog issues and tickets sync bi-directionally across external work management
• Integrate AI capabilities across collaboration tools using real-time contextual data from chats
• Deliver scalable enterprise management features, including identity mapping, administrative
• Partner with PMs across Datadog to plan joint OKRs and decide where to invest each quarter.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping technical B2B SaaS products, including ownership
• Deep experience with integrations, platforms or developer-facing APIs, ideally on chat or
• A track record of driving roadmaps across organizational boundaries: aligning many stakeholders
• Experience working with strategic technology partners, or a clear point of view on how to build
• Strong technical depth: you can work through webhooks, sync models, auth, rate limits and AI/LLM
• Enterprise instincts: you understand how large organizations run IT operations, and you've designed
