📋 Description

• Own the KYC and KYB onboarding experience for consumers and businesses in every market we operate
• Build and tune sanctions screening, PEP and adverse media checks, and transaction monitoring
• Drive down false positives and analyst review time without weakening detection, and define the
• Ship the case management, escalation, and SAR/STR workflows our compliance analysts live in every

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, including at least three years owning compliance, risk, identity
• Working fluency in AML/CFT: you can hold your own on KYC and KYB standards, sanctions screening
• Direct experience with card issuing, payments infrastructure, or banking-as-a-service - you
• A track record of shipping systems where correctness matters more than a fast demo, and the
• Comfort with genuine ambiguity. The regulatory picture for stablecoins is still being written, and
