Senior Product Manager, Mobile

📋 Description

• Define and execute the Mobile product strategy and roadmaps aligned with Xero's objectives
• Conduct customer engagement and research to identify high-value problems
• Establish team delivery cadences and participate in quarterly OKR planning
• Guide products through full lifecycle, including risk, compliance, and iterative improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and design
• Build clear roadmaps and deliver seamless experiences for users and business

🎯 Requirements

• Experience shipping AI or automation capabilities that reduce manual effort for users
• Background in mobile product management, ideally within fintech, accounting, or financial domains
• End-to-end product management with a track record translating customer research into strategy
• Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to build cross-team alignment
• Ability to simplify complex technical domains for users
• Experience coaching in user research methodologies, prioritisation and experimentation
