Senior Product Manager - Policies

📋 Description

• Own roadmap and prioritization for Policies product area.
• Collaborate with design and engineering for best-in-class UX while meeting security needs.
• Define policy framework, API, and Auth Pipeline influence across Okta.
• Manage change: versioning, staged rollout, auditability, rollback.
• Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to translate needs into requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in identity, security, enterprise-scale, platform, or developer products.
• Ability to have in-depth technical discussions with engineering teams.
• Ability to connect platform-level decisions to business outcomes and market position.
• Empathy to understand customer problems and translate into solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to switch between detail and executive narrative.
