Senior Product Manager — TradFi Wealth

📋 Description

• Own the planning and execution of Binance Earn's TradFi product line, covering ETFs, mutual funds
• Manage the full product lifecycle for TradFi offerings: from market research, requirement analysis
• Research traditional finance market trends and user needs, bridging TradFi investment scenarios
• Collaborate closely with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure TradFi products meet regional
• Explore crypto × TradFi convergence opportunities, including RWA (Real World Assets), tokenized
• Lead the design and operations of structured options products, including Dual Investment, Snowball

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of Product Management experience in financial products.
• Hands-on TradFi experience required — specifically in ETFs, mutual funds, equities/stocks, futures
• Structured products and options knowledge — practical understanding of payoff structures such as
• Working proficiency in English (written and verbal) for cross-border, cross-region collaboration.
• Experience in full product lifecycle management — from ideation to launch and post-launch
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Finance
