Senior Product Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Shape the ICP and audience for the Intercom helpdesk and additional products for teams
• Own core messaging and drive cross-functional alignment
• Define and build the external narrative for the AI-first Helpdesk
• Partner with Product, GTM and Lifecycle on product investment communication
• Build high-impact enablement for sales and customer success teams
• Be deeply customer-obsessed and turn signal into insight

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B
• Track record of owning a core product area end-to-end
• Experience in fast-moving environments
• Experience with customer retention or expansion motions is a strong plus
• Excellent written communication
• Strong editorial judgment
