Senior Program Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with company leadership to drive Fin's highest-priority initiatives, from company
• Step into complex, ambiguous or fast-moving areas of the business, quickly understand the problem
• Shape and define programs of work, establishing clear priorities, outcomes, ownership and plans for
• Get into the details to understand business challenges, surface open questions, identify trade-offs
• Work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, building trusted relationships
• Establish the right structures and ways of working to create clarity, accountability and momentum

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations or similar roles, with a track
• Strong generalist who can quickly understand unfamiliar business problems, connect the dots across
• Excellent operational judgment and know how to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Experience working directly with senior leaders and executives, building credibility, influencing
• High degree of ownership and accountability, with the ability to independently drive multiple
• Strong business acumen and comfortable using data to understand problems, evaluate trade-offs
