Senior Program Manager, Sales Enablement

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end enablement programs: strategy, timelines, delivery
• Diagnose performance gaps and map to a multi-faceted strategy
• Partner with Curriculum, Field Enablement, and Ops to drive results
• Lead senior stakeholder relationships across Sales, CS, and Strategy
• Lead cross-functional teams to pilot change management programs at scale
• Design and analyze metrics; build dashboards in Salesforce/Tableau/Metabase

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in program management, change mgmt, or related
• Data-driven with metrics, surveys, and field evidence
• Stakeholder and cross-functional leadership across GTM
• Salesforce and Tableau/Metabase experience
• Change mgmt frameworks (PROSCI/ADKAR) valued
• Knowledge of FETCH and MEDDICC workflows (a plus)
