Senior Program Manager, Themed Experiences

📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end program management for a new home screen experience from development through
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across product, engineering, design, advertising
• Build and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, and dependency maps across globally
• Establish and run program governance including status reporting, risk identification, escalation
• Partner with product management to translate vision into actionable milestones and deliverables
• Develop tooling requirements and scheduling workflows for content creators to enable scalable

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of program management experience in technology, media, entertainment, or consumer products
• Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional programs
• Experience driving programs from concept through launch in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong ability to earn trust and influence without direct authority across engineering, product
• Proficiency with project management and product discovery tools such as Jira, Asana, and similar
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to synthesize
