Senior Recruiter, G&A

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting across G&A and selected Marketing roles, from intake through close
• Build targeted pipelines through research, direct outreach, referrals, and specialized professional
• Partner with hiring managers on role outcomes, candidate profiles, interview plans, scorecards, and
• Run structured screens tailored to each role’s proof points, assessing functional ownership
• Partner with functional experts and technical recruiters where deeper assessment is needed
• Build compelling, function-specific pitches around Twenty's mission, business challenges, and role

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with full-cycle ownership in competitive markets.
• Recruited across multiple corporate functions, with depth in at least one such as Finance
• Built qualified outbound pipelines and closed passive candidates for specialized corporate roles.
• Assess functional ownership beyond titles, learn unfamiliar disciplines quickly, and calibrate
• Turn ambiguous hiring needs into executable plans and advise leaders candidly on scope, market
• Use funnel data to improve outcomes, with strong ATS hygiene, follow-through, and process
