Senior Rust Engineer

📋 Description

• Design highly reliable services capable of handling significant traffic fluctuations
• Monitor backend performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective optimizations
• Design and develop scalable backend systems, services, and APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Over 5 years of software engineering experience with a solid foundation in backend systems
• Proficient in Rust, with deep understanding of Ownership, Lifetime, and safety boundaries; or
• Familiar with Tokio / async-std, with experience in asynchronous and multithreaded concurrent
• Experience in system-level performance optimization, familiar with caching, memory pools, object
• Familiar with network technologies such as TCP, UDP Multicast, epoll, io_uring
• Familiar with Linux performance tuning including CPU Affinity, isolcpus, IRQ Affinity
