📋 Description

• Lead global product enablement across Spotify Advertising for multiple regions and roles
• Partner with Product Marketing, Ops, and Sales Leadership for go-to-market readiness
• Design and deliver training to help sellers position Spotify ads
• Translate complex product concepts into clear, practical guidance
• Build scalable enablement resources: playbooks, docs, FAQs, talk tracks
• Facilitate live and virtual trainings for launches and onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in sales training, enablement, or related field
• Experience with advertising products, ad platforms, programmatic solutions, or digital media
• Skilled at turning complex product concepts into actionable guidance
• Experience launching products or driving go-to-market readiness
• Designing engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with vendor/partner sales globally
