Senior Salesforce Administrator I

📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud support, including troubleshooting
• Manage new user setup, deactivation, and updates to profiles, permission sets, and permission set
• Perform data imports, updates, and cleanup activities using tools like Data Loader and Inspector
• Manage deployments and refreshes between environments using DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado)
• Configure, maintain, and improve Revenue Cloud functionality, including Bundles, Configuration
• Own and optimize end-to-end Opportunity-to-Cash processes across opportunity, quote, order

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including 1+ years hands-on Revenue Cloud
• Deep understanding of Revenue Cloud architecture (Advanced Approvals, Bundles, Rules, QCP).
• Familiarity with Salesforce Billing and revenue operations processes (highly desirable).
• Experience with sandbox management, deployments, and CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado).
• Strong foundation in Salesforce Sales Cloud (custom objects, flows, validation rules
• Proficiency with SOQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and Data Loading tools.
