Senior Site Reliability Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with engineering teams to set reliability objectives (SLIs/SLOs) and build reliability
• Lead cross-service incident responses during critical outages
• Drive adoption of reliability patterns, deployment safety, and infrastructure scalability
• Build and refine advanced observability tools
• Influence product design and system architecture to balance feature velocity and reliability
• Mentor senior engineers and participate in recruiting top-tier talent

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10 years of SRE, DevOps, or production engineering experience
• Hands-on mastery of complex distributed systems
• Command cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), container orchestration, and Infrastructure as Code
• Craft clean, high-performing code in at least one major language
• Proven track record of incident management and reliability programs
• Excellent cross-functional communication
