Senior Site Reliability Engineer

📋 Description

• Designing, building, and operating observability for distributed services and integrations
• Improving end-to-end visibility across critical patient and provider workflows
• Creating reliable, repeatable tooling and infrastructure through infrastructure as code
• Partnering with product engineering teams on reliability, scaling, performance, capacity, and
• Helping teams establish actionable alerts and operational ownership
• Participating in the on-call rotation and incident response process

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting consumer-facing web applications, APIs, or distributed production
• 2+ years of on-call experience in a 24/7 cloud-based production environment
• Deep experience operating systems with many integrations, services, dependencies, or external APIs
• Demonstrated experience building or improving observability practices including metrics, structured
• 2+ years of experience managing and supporting modern cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Ruby, Java, or a comparable language
