Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Architect and deliver high impact features for our main public facing insurance marketplace and
• Drive innovation in UX and implement advanced AI patterns including RAG and MCP to enhance platform
• Coach and mentor junior engineers within the team and organisation.
• Champion our Agent First philosophy by driving agentic enablement across our development lifecycle.
• Utilize analytics data aggregation to create feedback loops for continuous system and process
• Proactively engage with cross functional stakeholders including Product Managers and Architecture

🎯 Requirements

• A third level degree in an Information Technology or Computer Science related field.
• 5+ years of professional programming experience including experience at a software product company.
• Experience in supporting cloud platforms at scale (AWS), infrastructure as code, container
• Hands-on Back-End Experience.
• Proficient in Typescript.
• Experience in continuous integration and deployment tools.
