Senior Software Engineer, Agent Tracing

📋 Description

• Own projects end to end, from customer complaint through design, implementation, rollout, and
• Build views for debugging agents, including multi-agent workflows, conversation replay, and cost
• Make data fast and queryable, including filtering/sorting large conversation datasets and designing
• Detect common agent failure classes and surface them as issues
• Simplify and streamline setup for getting started with Agent Tracing
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, SDK engineers, and product engineers, handling

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience building and shipping full-stack web applications
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript, and Python (Django or similar) with a relational
• Track record of driving non-trivial projects end to end
• Comfort designing and building data-heavy interfaces
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools
