Senior Software Engineer, Cloud Engineering

📋 Description

• Support infrastructure that development teams use to own and operate their services at Mozilla.
• Guide technical decision-making and adoption of user-centric solutions.
• Create Claude skills and design agentic workflows that improve developer productivity.
• Guide team members and promote engineering standard methodologies, with a focus on usability and
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for efficient and cohesive platform delivery.
• Write proposals and decision briefs for new policies, processes, and platform functionality.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in software engineering with expertise in at least one of (Platform
• Proven technical leadership experience.
• Expertise in several of the following (ArgoCD, Grafana, K8s, GitHub, Terraform, Helm, Backstage
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, or Go.
• Strong expertise in cloud-native technologies (GCP preferred; AWS also acceptable).
• Excellent communication skills aligning technology with user needs and organizational goals.
