📋 Description

• Own the delivery of collaboration features: Take each feature from spec to production, so clinical
• Build for other teams: Design the shared APIs and building blocks that let other Heidi teams add
• Run authorization at scale: Own the service that answers tens of millions of access checks a day
• Work across the stack: Build in React and TypeScript on the frontend and Python on the backend.
• Partner across disciplines: Work with your tech lead, PM and designers to turn clinical workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Eagerness to take on problems you haven't seen before, with a record of picking up new tools and
• Experience owning the delivery of features from spec to production
• Adaptability when priorities shift, plus comfort moving between frontend and backend
• You lead the way on AI tooling in your team. You know how to get the gains you want from AI tools
• A product mindset: you care how your work helps clinicians deliver better care, and you're
• 2+ years building production software in Python, TypeScript or both, with solid grounding in APIs
