Senior Software Engineer - Infrastructure R&D

📋 Description

• Design and build systems to reduce provisioning overhead, cost, and complexity
• Develop tooling and orchestration for declarative environment bootstrap, coordination, and validation
• Improve reliability and repeatability of provisioning workflows by reducing manual steps
• Work across Kubernetes, cloud infra, identity systems, service bootstrap, and datacenter config management
• Collaborate across baseline infra, platform, and product engineering teams to build reusable environment and provisioning capabilities
• Help modernize legacy provisioning and bootstrap workflows into reusable platform primitives

🎯 Requirements

• You have experience in Golang or similar systems programming languages
• You have experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration systems
• You have demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing scalable automation across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native tooling to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and reliability
• You have experience with Linux, CI/CD systems, from deployment automation to debugging
• You enjoy working on ambiguous infrastructure problems and turning operational complexity into reliable platform abstractions
• You can independently drive projects from problem definition through implementation while collaborating effectively across teams
